Who we are

Profile Sprint is a KPDigital service run by Kev. For privacy questions or requests, email hello@profilesprint.co.uk.

Information we use

We may use your name, email address, business name, the business facts and files you send us, your messages, and public information connected with the business profile, website and customer journey we review.

Stripe processes the payment and card information on its own secure checkout. We receive order and payment-status information, but we do not receive or store your full card details.

Why we use it

We use this information to answer enquiries, confirm and fulfil your order, verify facts, prepare and deliver your Profile Sprint, keep necessary business records, prevent misuse and deal with any service problem. We rely on the need to perform our agreement with you, our legitimate interest in operating and improving the service, and legal obligations where they apply.

Who receives it

We only share information where needed to run the service—for example with Stripe for payment processing and with the providers that host the website, email and working files—or where the law requires it. Those providers handle information under their own terms and safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries, order information and working records only for as long as reasonably needed to deliver the service, deal with questions, maintain essential accounting records and meet legal obligations. We periodically review what we hold and delete it when it is no longer needed.

Your choices and rights

You can ask what personal information we hold about you and request correction, deletion or restriction where the law allows. You may also object to certain uses or ask for information you supplied in a portable form. Email us to make a request. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Website use

The Profile Sprint website does not ask you to create an account. When you follow a purchase button, you leave this website and use Stripe’s checkout, where Stripe’s own privacy information applies.
