Who supplies the service

Profile Sprint is a KPDigital service run by Kev. These terms apply when you purchase the £65 Profile Sprint for a UK business. Contact: hello@profilesprint.co.uk.

The service

One £65 payment covers one Google Business Profile Sprint for one business and one location. We review the public profile, website, customer journey and relevant public business information, then provide a concise editable report and PDF containing checked findings, a prioritised improvement plan, owner-ready wording where appropriate and a legitimate review-request process.

Timing

We deliver within 48 hours after both your payment has cleared and we have received all complete business facts needed for the review. If information is missing, the 48-hour period starts when the missing information arrives. We will tell you if an exceptional issue outside our reasonable control affects delivery.

Your responsibilities

You must have authority to buy for the business and provide information that is accurate, complete and lawful to use. Do not send passwords, two-factor codes or recovery information. You remain responsible for approving business claims and any owner-sensitive change before it is published.

What is not included

The service does not include fake or incentivised reviews, guaranteed rankings, calls, leads or revenue, unapproved profile changes or replies, legal advice, or ongoing profile management. Any extra work must be agreed separately before it begins.

Access and implementation

The initial investigation uses public information and the facts you supply. If an agreed improvement needs authorised Google access or owner approval, we explain the appropriate route. The report itself is the core £65 deliverable; implementation depends on the access and approval route agreed with you.

Cancellations and problems

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or if something is wrong. Any refund will fairly reflect work already completed and any rights you have by law. If we fail to provide the agreed service, we will work with you on an appropriate remedy, which may include correcting the work, completing the missing part or issuing a refund.

Using the deliverables

You may use and adapt the report and owner-ready wording for the business covered by the order. Google and other third-party platforms control their own services and may change their rules or decline changes. Nothing in these terms limits any right or responsibility that cannot lawfully be limited.
